Locked items
With the free Starter subscription you can use 50 items. If you have more items, for example because you canceled your Pro subscription and the subscription period has ended, the items above this limit become locked.
Which items are locked?
Section titled “Which items are locked?”Your 50 oldest items (in the order you added them) stay available. All items you added after them become locked.
What does locked mean?
Section titled “What does locked mean?”- Your item is not deleted. All data, images and files are kept.
- You cannot view or edit the item.
- Lists, print pages and exports do not show the actual item data.
- People with access to a shared view cannot view the item either.
What happens when you upgrade?
Section titled “What happens when you upgrade?”When you upgrade to Yard Tower Pro, all your locked items are unlocked right away. You can view and edit them again, with all the data you entered before. With Pro you can add unlimited items and images.
If your Pro subscription ends later, the items above the limit become locked again. Read more about your subscription.
