Account

You can update, add, and remove certain basic information in your account.

Your display name and profile photo may be visible to other people who use Yard Tower.

You can also change or reset your Yard Tower password.

Change display name

You can change your display name from your Yard Tower account. This display name is used in various places throughout Yard Tower. Also in public places (such as Explore) when you place items in your showroom.

1. Go to the Yard Tower account section.
2. Click change next to Public name.
3. Change your display name and click Change in the top right.

Change profile photo

You can choose an image to set as your Yard Tower profile photo. This profile photo is used in various places throughout Yard Tower. Also in public places (such as Explore) when you place items in your showroom.

1. Go to the Yard Tower account section.
2. Click Change profile photo.
3. Choose an image from your computer and click Upload in the top right.

Change or reset password

You can change your password for security reasons or reset it if you have forgotten it. The password for your Yard Tower account is only used for access to Yard Tower.

Change password

1. Go to the Yard Tower account section.
2. Click Change password.
3. Enter your new password and click Change password in the top right.

Reset password

1. Click Forgotten password? on the login screen.
2. Enter your email address and click Send password reset link.
3. Follow the instructions in the email you receive from support@yardtower.com.

Delete account

You can delete your Yard Tower account whenever you want.

If you delete your account whilst the Pro subscription is still active, no money will be refunded.

Step 1: Information about what deleting your account means

You will lose all data and content in that account, such as views, items, and images.

Step 2: Check and download your data

Do the following before you delete your account:

• Download a copy of your data.
• View more information about how to download data that you want to keep.

Step 3: Delete your account

1. Go to the Yard Tower account section.
2. Go to Delete account on the page.
3. Follow the instructions to permanently delete your account.
